AAAP – Amateur Anime Author’s Paranoia – My 2 Week Life

See, they KNOW how to make people come back lol

Well, it’s been only 2 weeks (If not less) doing this whole “blogging” thing and it’s starting to grow on me. I must say, in the beginning, I honestly thought it was going to be the most boring thing in the world. I mean COME ON….”blogging…?” What kind of word is that? Quite frankly, I still think the word sounds silly, but it’s whatever I suppose. Moving on, there are a couple things that always linger in my head from day to day even though my blog’s only 2 weeks old: will I keep getting more views? will I reach the numbers other blogs make? Is my content original enough? Let my tell you, I’ve sooooo many more internal questions.

I can’t help but be paranoid and keep looking at my blog stats every waking minute of the day to see if more people come. The good news is that more and more people are actually visiting this site! And they’re coming back! So I’m pretty happy about that, but I’m worried about if this will keep up or level out pre-maturely. I really love anime and want everyone else to know exactly what I know. I just hope I don’t lose track or anything like that.

Statistically, within about 2 weeks or less, I’ve accrued about 318 viewers without formal advertising. For the most part, I just blog and let people come to me. Looking at the tags people are visiting, it REALLY gives me a good look into what I should continue to write about. In addition, it seems I’m steadily gaining about 7 or 8 viewers a day. That sudden drop that one day…idk what happened there…maybe a Sunday? Idk, I won’t look right now.

So far, I haven’t gotten a terrible amount of comments besides an abysmal 11, but hopefully if people keep tuning in, I’ll get some more comments. I just don’t see how I could only have 11 comments (a third of which are mine) & 318 viewers? To reiterate, I’m not losing anyone either. I’m sure it will get better And back to the whole advertising bit, I REALLY need to get on that, ahah. If anyone has any advice, please comment, I’d sincerely love to hear what you have to say. In addition, I’d be happy to add you to my blogroll when I get it up! Until then, happy searching & make sur to keep coming back!
